That place is right in my back yard.....its only about 45 miles frome my house. Its right outside Angleton.

I was just talking about the garage/condo things mostly. Some of those were sweet, people have their parties and all. Yeah, I know it is a bit "rich", but if one of us was the brains and money behind building this, without a track, it would be a sweet hang out, and all of HTCC could get a "discount"!!!
