Exhaust Question

For us V6 owners what is the perfect pipe size to get the best sound/performance with my MRT V2 exhaust. I was thinking of testing out the stock SS cat back and attach it to my MRT and see what it does. What do yall think?

You could check the exhaust thread on C5. I think they have had a few people do that. I have MRT V2 without resonators and I love it.

Ya I was thinking about the idea of res delete also, but I want to test the SS tubing before.

Did you do the res delete before the mrt install or after? Im currently running straight pipe ... Shhh, and it sounds good, but I want it deeper ( I know it won't sound like a v8 lol) but I love a little growl.

I just added a 2.5" system from a friends donor SS between my BBK LT's and MRT V2. I love the sound, def made it sound a little more aggressive and also felt an improvement in my butt dyno.

I dont have resonators but I still have my stock H-pipe under there.

rabbits car sounds great for a v6 , it has just the right amount of rumble and a great tone , not loud either
